The indicator reflects the divergence in the chart of the terminal MT4 a divergence between the price chart and the chart of the indicator.

In other words, the chart of the indicator does not confirm the price movement chart.
As a rule, the divergence observed in the oscillator MACD, RSI, CCI, Stochastic. Divergence - is the outstrip characteristic of the oscillators, which can be used as a supplement to the analysis.

Divergence (convergence) - It is a multidirectional movement of price and indicator, when a higher maximum (minimum) price does not corroborate to higher highs (lows) the indicator.
